A company called Blowtorch, which makes independent feature movies, is looking for ideas. In the past it has asked people to create their own short videos. Blowtorch then re-shoots the best amateur films with professional actors. Now it has come up with an interesting idea on Facebook. Participants have to come up with a challenge. Some examples might include the worst tattoo, the cheesiest pick-up line, or the silliest dance. Participants can film themselves or find examples. They then put the videos on Blowtorch where they are voted on. It’s a neat idea which will appeal to lots of university students.
